I'd like to tell you how grateful I am for what today's mail brought me: a package which contained not only the dark brown filler you offered to send me, but a replacement frame as well! Thank you for helping me. I was concerned and wasn't at all sure if I could make the problem frame look as good as the replacement looks, but I'll give it a try and I'll let you know how I make out. In the meantime, I can proceed with the project involving the original frames.

I had originally ordered a product I later realized wasn't what I wanted so I had phoned and the clear communication and prompt help allowed the proper changes be made. Kris, | Thank You SO much! Thank You SO much. I had a print made for my brother and his future wife of the engagement pictures i took for them. I made them into a collage and gave them the 16x16 canvas for Christmas. They loved it and so did I. The website was so easy to use and i received my print in 3 business days... during the Christmas rush! I will definitely be ordering again!
